  • When we renovated our office on the first floor, a major office furniture manufacturer suggested a "standing desk," and we thought, "This is it! I thought, "This is it!
  • After working for this company for a long time, I had a sense that it was more efficient to "work standing up," especially during busy periods. Therefore, I agreed to the proposal from the office furniture manufacturer.
  • Standing desks are now being reevaluated due to the popularity of telework, but we have been using them since before that. The height of the desks is adjustable, so each employee can stand or sit in a comfortable working style.
  • The warehouse is also well organized, and the inventory is managed on a one-by-one basis using an inventory management system. Therefore, when we are about to run out of stock, the system alerts us to replenish the optimum number of bottles, and we always maintain an appropriate level of inventory. We have put in place a system that is both pleasing to our customers and easy on our staff.

Main Works

This job is to quote, receive and place orders for auto parts to auto dealers, maintenance shops, repair shops and used car dealers mainly in Edogawa and Katsushika wards in Tokyo and eastern Chiba prefecture.

Suppliers contact us by e-mail, phone, or fax to check the inventory of auto parts. (This job involves checking inventory and placing orders from a computer.)
About 70% of the inquiries are from existing customers and 30% from new customers.
We have built a database for order forecasting based on many years of transaction data, such as the durability values of members and the replacement frequency of consumable parts. Our ability to respond to order forecasting, highly accurate inventory and parts holding, etc. is supported by our customers.

We have a wealth of accumulated know-how, so we provide an environment in which even inexperienced workers can learn the business.
